You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in the facility's quality assurance program.
This role requires managing staffing levels, delegating authority to Charge Nurses, and ensuring all personnel comply with job descriptions and safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university

Current unencumbered active RN license in this state
