Job Summary

  • Performs routine facility housekeeping, custodial services, snow removal, grounds services, room cleanliness and set/tear down functions to provide superior experience for Lansing Center properties and equipment.
  • Assists with directing the work activities of on-call Facility Workers in the absence of a full-time Facility Worker or Foreperson.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of general and preventative maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and building management systems.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum of two years of experience in custodial services, housekeeping and/or special event set up/tear down
