Job Summary

  • Shape and deliver end to end executive hiring across EMEA and APAC, supported by a sourcing resource you will line manage, while personally driving the search process at the most senior levels.
  • You will become a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and senior leaders across EMEA and APAC, acting as their advisor and subject matter expert on senior leadership hiring.
  • Success in this role comes from your ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on delivery.
