Job Summary
The Maintenance Planner will coordinate the strategic planning process in partnership with the Maintenance and Operations team to identify opportunities, develop action plans/initiatives to achieve defined short, mid, and long-term portfolio/business plan deliverables.
Lead maintenance planning and execution for Milford Process Equipment, ensuring equipment reliability and readiness.
Own and drive key maintenance KPIs, including uptime, MTTR, PM compliance, and equipment health metrics.
