Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Planner will coordinate the strategic planning process in partnership with the Maintenance and Operations team to identify opportunities, develop action plans/initiatives to achieve defined short, mid, and long-term portfolio/business plan deliverables.
  • Lead maintenance planning and execution for Milford Process Equipment, ensuring equipment reliability and readiness.
  • Own and drive key maintenance KPIs, including uptime, MTTR, PM compliance, and equipment health metrics.
