Support the development and evolution of the annual brand strategy, capturing consumer insights and creating brand positioning and narrative for all properties in Macau.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans/calendars aimed at generating buzz, traffic, and enhancing brand desirability.
Oversee pilot projects and manage the annual Brand Strategy & Communication budget to ensure efficient ROI, while also managing and coaching team members.
