  • Support the development and evolution of the annual brand strategy, capturing consumer insights and creating brand positioning and narrative for all properties in Macau.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans/calendars aimed at generating buzz, traffic, and enhancing brand desirability.
  • Oversee pilot projects and manage the annual Brand Strategy & Communication budget to ensure efficient ROI, while also managing and coaching team members.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluency in English required
  • Mandarin fluency a major advantage
