Job Summary

  • Provide on-site presence to support classes offered by all UMGC offices on base, primarily Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, and Torii Station.
  • Responsible for setting-up UMGC live streaming (LS) equipment prior to LS classes, serving as first-level troubleshooting technical support and coordination with Technical Support to immediately respond to LS issues.
  • Contingent III employees are eligible immediately for Tuition Remission at UMGC or at University of Maryland College Park.
