Foster an environment that ensures all of our internal customers have a consistent experience and motivate and manage a staff of professional, master control operators.
Communicate professionally with individuals within and outside of the master control hub, including frequent communication with all other departments and top-level management.

7+ years of experience in related field

Working knowledge of television station departments
