Preventative maintenance in guest rooms
Inspect and test HVAC and electrical systems
Perform minor repairs and safety checks
Operate maintenance and computer equipment
Lift and move furniture and equipment

Key Requirements
6–12 months building maintenance experience
Experience in luxury hotel or resort preferred
