Job Summary
Our Early Career Program is aimed at graduates of all disciplines who are looking for diverse tasks in an international environment and enjoy exchanging ideas and negotiating with international brokers and customers, analyzing key figures, and creating insurance policies.
In addition to on-the-job training, you will regularly participate in global workshops and networking events and get to know AIG colleagues worldwide.
You will receive an unlimited employment contract and be paid above average, regardless of your degree.
