This role reports directly to the Site Services Manager and is responsible for delivering superior technical services while overseeing all building systems operations.
The successful candidate must ensure client infrastructures are resilient by understanding critical MEP systems including UPS, CRAC, chillers, generators, and fire alarms.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3 years hands-on M&E experience
Knowledge of UPS CRAC chiller generator fire alarm
Building automation system BMS LCS management
24-hour emergency on-call availability
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and in teams
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Experience with client culture integration
Multitasking and organizational skills
Key Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years significant hands-on experience
