Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes.
Key responsibilities include educating, orientating, coaching, mentoring and supporting Long Term Care homes' frontline teams, promoting compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring effective operation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of the homes.
