Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
5 years in SOC leadership or transformation roles
Proven experience leading SOC modernization programs
Strong understanding of SOC processes, incident response frameworks
Hands-on familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CCSP
