Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Department provides therapy and nursing services across Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, Home Health and Outpatient settings.
The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and provides treatment and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician, working with family and team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals.
