The Dealer Business Development Manager serves as the primary advocate and ambassador for the Dealer Channel regarding Heartland POS and Synergy revenue.
This role is responsible for managing dealer contracts, territories, recruitment, terminations, and driving revenue through card and payroll referrals.
The position requires extensive travel across the US, potentially up to 24 weeks per year, to mentor dealers and facilitate growth.
