Key responsibilities include leading the Vendor Fit Empowerment program, conducting factory visits for sample reviews, and driving the adoption of global SOPs.

Must-have
8-10 years sweater manufacturing experience
Sweater construction and engineering expertise
Vendor fit empowerment and training leadership
Cross-functional collaboration with design teams
Knowledge of PLM and 3D programs preferred
Nice-to-have
Experience in private label environments
Fluency in local language beyond English
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Proactive problem-solving under pressure
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management or related discipline
8-10 years of garment manufacturing experience specifically in Sweaters
Experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
