This highly visible, customer-facing role supports mission-critical applications, most notably ServiceNow, which powers our Global Helpdesk and PMO functions.
The position involves applying best SDLC practices to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within ServiceNow and integrated systems such as Active Directory.

Key Requirements
5+ years of IT experience
4+ years of full-lifecycle software development
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development with Admin Certification
Experience in CSM, ITSM, and ITOM
Successfully implemented at least 7 projects on ServiceNow
3+ years of programming experience (Java, J2EE, .NET, JavaScript)
3+ years of SQL experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
