12+ years finance technology experience
5+ years leading high-performing teams
Deep understanding of core finance processes
Experience building anomaly detection frameworks
Expertise in data quality and governance frameworks
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Collibra or Alation tools
Experience with Snowflake or Databricks platforms
Knowledge of NLP for invoice processing
Exposure to forecasting models in Finance
Strong communication and executive presentation skills
