Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years management experience in pharma/biotech/medical device
  • Recent dermatology experience
  • Established relationships with medical dermatologists
  • Proven pharmaceutical sales representative track record
  • Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a sales team
  • Ability to analyze complex data
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with emerging technologies
  • Reside in or close proximity to assigned geography
