Job Summary
The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing world-class biscuit manufacturing lines from scratch, with a strong focus on cost competitiveness, scalability, energy efficiency, and future flexibility.
This position owns the front-end engineering and capital approval journey—from concept definition through layouting, mass balancing, vendor evaluation, and CAPEX estimation—ensuring that projects are technically robust and commercially competitive before moving into execution.
While execution, installation, and commissioning are led by external vendors and execution teams, this role will govern technical adherence to approved designs and support issue resolution during commissioning.
