Must-have
Bachelor's degree in public health or medicine
Five years of job-related experience
Two years of management role experience
Strong understanding of Indonesia PHC system
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Experience with government stakeholders

Experience supporting community health systems strengthening
Knowledge of advocacy and budget planning processes
Strategic thinking and proactive judgment
Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in public health or medicine
