This role is designed for a proven capture executive with demonstrated success shaping, capturing, and winning $100M–$1B+ programs, and leading enterprise-level growth strategies across multiple agencies and contract vehicles.
The Senior Director of Capture will operate as both a hands-on capture leader and strategic growth partner, responsible for building and executing winning capture strategies while helping shape KBR’s long-term growth priorities.
