The position requires leading large-scale projects such as system migrations and server configurations while mentoring team members and preparing training materials.

Must-have
Microsoft Server Operating Systems installation
VMWare ESXi and Hyper-V virtual environments
Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange Servers
Advanced virus, malware, and ransomware mediation
Backup technologies and restore testing
VoIP and telephony system configuration
Nice-to-have
MSP specific experience strongly desired
Excellent problem solving and client relationship skills
Ability to learn and retain new technology skills
Team player maintaining calm in high stress situations
Willingness to alter shifts to meet client needs
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years as a Systems Engineer or similar role
Associates degree in technology related field OR equivalent experience
Required certifications: MCSA Server Infrastructure or equivalent
