Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Create a warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
Training on specific care tasks and equipment usage required
