Must-have
Willing to work cyclical schedules
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Windows OS and Apple OS X
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM for voice
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM for non-voice
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google apps
Nice-to-have
Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections
Technical support experience
