Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 years healthcare customer service experience
  • Emergency Department registration preferred
  • Proficiency with EPIC or Cerner EHR systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance

Nice-to-have

  • Associates degree in healthcare or business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience with Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaire
  • Familiarity with managed care plans

Key Requirements
