Job Summary

  • Lead and coordinate shop floor logistic, packing and shipping activities within the Material & Planning organization in the Avenza Shop ensuring flawless execution in terms of EHS, Quality and fulfillment requirements.
  • Manage a team of hourly logistic shop operators and salaried logistic specialists to ensure EHS, Quality and Delivery targets, leading regular inspections and company culture values adoption.
  • Creation and development of internal KPIs and performance analysis to drive department improvement initiatives and TAT reduction.
