Job Summary

  • Ensure high-quality HR data, accurate global reporting, and smooth management of HR systems and integrations across the EssilorLuxottica landscape.
  • Manage end-to-end governance of HR reporting tools and global dashboards, overseeing data integration processes between SAP HCM, DWH, BO/BI and related applications.
  • Validate organizational structures, job architecture updates and global entity changes, coordinating cross-functional meetings with HR, IT, vendors and local HR teams.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Management, HR Information Systems, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Reporting or HR data governance
  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM (PA/OM)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Advanced knowledge of BusinessObjects (BO/BI)
  • Solid understanding of DWH structures and HR data models
  • Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors and HR digital tools
