Job Summary

• Coordinates and executes the operational support function for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
• Creates and expedites sales orders, ensuring proper cost allocation, order specification compliance, and on-time delivery, while coordinating the maintenance of the Master Demand Plan with plant operations.
• Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
