Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for the development, proposal, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the retail portfolio, drive footfall, and enhance tenant performance.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of plans and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the Melco Beyond (CRM) team and collaborate closely with the Casino Marketing team to conceptualize and create premium retail experiences.
