Job Summary

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver business results across Global Military and Regional Grocery channels, focusing on annual planning and negotiations to achieve aggressive business targets.
• Develop and execute strategic vision and plans for assigned customers, driving key business and financial metrics including revenue, volume, share, trade spend, and T&E budgets.
• Build and leverage top-level external relationships at major accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives.

Salary

Base: $119,000 - $145,800; Bonus/Equity: 15% Annual Incentive; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• 6+ Years experience managing National Accounts
• Global Military category desk highly preferred
• Location within the Mid-Atlantic Region, preferably Virginia
• Substantial travel (35%) required
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive long distances
