  • Experience performing all jobs in area
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
  • Ability to motivate others and lead teams
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry

  • Passion for excellence and action orientation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with 5S and standardized work audits
