  • Serve as a strategic partner for Talent Acquisition (TA) technology enablement initiatives, supporting the implementation, optimization, integration, and adoption of recruiting platforms and vendor solutions across the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Analyze recruiting workflows and system usage to identify inefficiencies, friction points, and automation opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance TA dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visualizations, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
