Job Summary

• As an Empowered Leader, the Store Leader- Hourly works independently to directly influence the performance of everyone who interacts with guests and supports the store environment.
• The Store Leader ensures world-class guest service experiences for all of GameStop’s guests by using elements of GameStop's Buy-Sell-Trade Model, The Circle of Life, and Solution Selling techniques.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of retail sales/management experience
• At least 1 year of retail management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work alone and move unassisted for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 20 lbs.
