Job Summary
The program will enable high-caliber individuals to develop and pursue their career ladder in professional banking services.
During the trainee program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training.
After completion of the program, you will be deployed to the designated team of our Retail Banking’s Branches for further development subject to the trainee’s performance.

Key Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5
Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years’ working experience
Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations
Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4
Fresh university graduates and IANG visa’s graduates welcome
