Job Summary

• The Manager of Event Services is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events that support the University Advancement mission, including fundraising, donor cultivation, stewardship, and alumni engagement.
• This role ensures the delivery of exceptional event experiences that strengthen relationships with donors, prospects, alumni, and key stakeholders while elevating the institution’s brand and visibility.
• Reporting to Advancement leadership, the Manager oversees all aspects of event operations from concept development through post-event evaluation while managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
