The role of Demand Planner/Customer Services Support is a combined role, with the emphasis on demand planning (appr. 60%-70%) whilst also providing support for customer services (30%-40%).
The Demand Planner/Customer Services Support is responsible for providing scenarios and guidance to the demand and supply balancing on BYND EMEA level, based on a detailed analysis and with thorough business knowledge.
The Demand Planner/Customer Services Support supports specific customers for completing documentation for international orders, international order processing, international logistics and planning and overall providing exceptional customer support.
