Must-have
8-12 years product strategy experience
Deep knowledge of life insurance products
Experience with carrier technology partnerships
Ability to influence without direct authority
Understanding of BGA/IMO distribution models
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
Experience presenting at industry conferences
Familiarity with state-by-state regulatory changes
Background in financial services technology
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
8-12+ years combined experience in product strategy or business roles
