  • Responsible for designing, planning and leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Apply Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies across distribution center network through observation, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Partner with functional leaders to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and establish best practices for Accelerated Customer Experience (ACE) goals.
