Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Four-year Technical Degree in Digital Electronics or Broadcasting
  • Five years minimum experience in a Broadcast facility
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and VPN
  • Troubleshooting ENPS, Bit Central, Ross Xpression, Chyron, Premiere
  • Maintenance of Master Control systems including Florical, Harmonic, Cobalt
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Availability for extended hours and rotating on-call shifts

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AV switching, video encoding/decoding, and file transcoding
  • Knowledge of Transmitter operation and maintenance
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience with Information Technology Desktop Computer support

Key Requirements

  • Four-year Technical Degree required
  • 5 years minimum Broadcast facility experience
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle
  • Background and DMV check required
