  • Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR, or Finance OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Payroll, HR, or Finance
  • 3 years of experience in payroll software
  • 3 years of experience with Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada Payroll knowledge
  • 5 years of experience with payroll systems
  • 2 years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
  • 3 years of combined experience with project management and/or project leadership
