Job Summary

  • The Regional Business Director is responsible for implementing/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.
  • Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group, in line with the Business Plan – including defining and managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the Region’s Sales and Clinical Personnel.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talent in the Region (e.g., selection, performance management, succession planning, development planning, retention planning, etc).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
  • Experience as a field trainer or project leadership
