Job Summary
The Regional Business Director is responsible for implementing/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.
Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group, in line with the Business Plan – including defining and managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the Region’s Sales and Clinical Personnel.
Recruit, develop and retain talent in the Region (e.g., selection, performance management, succession planning, development planning, retention planning, etc).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry
Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
Experience as a field trainer or project leadership
