  • Set up, program, and operate CNC grinding machines to grind workpieces to customer blueprint specifications.
  • Communicate with Department Leaders regarding job status, capacity, and alternate routes, and assist in pulling jobs through the department.
  • Provide instructions and feedback to Operators and Trainees on setup, machine operation, and part inspection, while ensuring a clean and organized work area.
