Job Summary

  • This role will provide vision and leadership for all areas of technical design, development and delivery of Broadridge’s Corporate Actions and Income Processing Business.
  • The Senior Director, Wealth Technology (Corporate Actions) will direct the overall software development lifecycle related to Corporate Actions solutions offered to the North American Market.
  • They will help drive our agile maturity within the business unit and will build/maintain a high performing team.
