The Academic Resource Center (ARC) Director provides strategic leadership for a growing team and a range of interventions designed to support undergraduate student success from matriculation to graduation.
Responsibilities include setting vision and strategic priorities for ARC programs and personnel, serving as an institutional advocate for academic support resources, and leading, designing, and evaluating new and existing academic and student support programs.
The role involves managing advisors who handle discipline cases and student problems and crises, and recommending effective advising strategies for these students.
