Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
5+ years of experience in sustaining, product support, or manufacturing engineering
2+ years of experience leading structured problem-solving and corrective action efforts
2+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and managing design changes
1+ years of experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, and reliability engineering methods
