Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in sustaining, product support, or manufacturing engineering
  • 2+ years of experience leading structured problem-solving and corrective action efforts
  • 2+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and managing design changes
  • 1+ years of experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, and reliability engineering methods
  • Willing and able to travel up to 5%
