10 years of experience in IT Application
Proven leadership in regional or global IT roles

Experience in project management and commercial standard processes
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex portfolios
Familiarity with regulatory environments and audit compliance
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
