Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services or equivalent
Previous experience in aged care or community sector preferred

Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Intermediate computer literacy
Understanding of government subsidised aged care services (desirable)
Ability to showcase, upsell and present services confidently
