You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance with all nursing policies and procedures.
The role involves coordinating nursing care plans, monitoring medication administration, participating in staff training, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for residents and personnel.

Key Requirements
