Base: $177,000.00 - $265,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Experience with GEOStar3 Satellite Architecture
CommSat mission domain experience
System architecture and CONOPs development
Experience with launch platforms
Mentoring and coaching junior staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related technical field with 12 years experience
Master’s Degree with 10 years experience or PhD with 7 years experience
Extensive systems engineering and integration experience in space systems
US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret Clearance
