Job Summary

  • Implement LIFE (Essilor lean manufacturing program) to improve operations competitiveness (cost, service, quality) in order to improve the customers and employees satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate the maturity lab plan (Rx, EM, Warehouse) and adapt to any changes.
  • Join the Employee Shareholding Program to share in the Company’s success and directly benefit from EssilorLuxottica’s growth.
